Refunds/Exchanges or Cancelled order policy for Retailers: Please contact us with any issues. We try to make things right! But in the rare instance where a picked or shipped order is cancelled you will be charged for the following:
- Any shipping charges incurred including Freight, picking and packing
- A restocking fee of $.38 per item
- Any credit card charges we have incurred for a cancelled order paid by credit card only
