  • Do you sell Metrocards/Transit Fares? No, we only sell MTA apparel and accessories.  NYCSL Gift Certificates are not redeemable for transit fare.
  • Can I return/exchange my item at NY Transit Museum/Other Store? While we do business with these stores, we are separate entities. Any returns/exchanges will need to be shipped to our warehouse. For help with returns/exchanges, please contact us here.
  • I bought an NYCSL product at NY Transit Museum/Other Store. Can I return/exchange it with you? We are only able to accept returns/exchanges for items purchased directly through our website and through official NYCSL Amazon listings.
  • What payment methods do you accept? Good news! In addition to most credit/debit cards, we now also accept many alternative payment methods including PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay! See the bar on our footer or on our checkout page for a full list of available payment methods.
  • What countries do you ship to? Currently, US and Canada.
  • How long will my item take to ship? Orders placed Monday-Thursday will typically ship within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on Fridays will typically ship in 2-3 business days. Priority Mail orders usually arrive within 2-4 business days. UPS Ground orders shipped within the Tri-State area usually arrive next business day.
  • Do your shirts run small/large? – This varies depending on the style/production run. If you have questions regarding a specific product, please contact us here.
